Sun Express recruits twenty pilots at Stella aviation academy

SunExpress: Turkish company seizes its opportunity at Dutch pilot school

In the past week Sun Express has employed no less than twenty graduate students from the Stella aviation academy. It is for the second time in less than three months that the Turkish airline company has recruited pilots at the Dutch aviation school.

In the past nine graduate students had already been selected to work for the operator. The students will receive further training at Sun Express to become pilots who can fly on a Boeing 737-800.

Managing director Evert-Jan Hilgeman: "We have recently spent much time on helping to find jobs for our students. We regard it as an obligation to perform to the best of our ability. You see that we have managed to be successful in this, despite the rather best difficult economic climate. Sun Express offers an excellent opportunity to our (former) students to build up a flying career. And this is exactly the purpose of our school!."
