TRTO
In collaboration with IFTC Istanbul, Stella aviation academy offers type ratings on Boeing 737 and Airbus 320. Type rating training is offered in line with standard Boeing and Airbus procedures.

SAA is an independent flying school, not affiliated with any airline. Its autonomous position allows it to supply tailor-made services.

In addition to type rating, TRTO also offers the following Modular Multi Crew co-operation (MCC) courses:
- MCC Beech 200
- MCC Combination course B200/B737NG
- MCC B737NG

Its varied offer of Multi Crew Cooperation courses enables Stella aviation academy to meet the specific requirements set by airlines.

FTO
The TRTO supports FTO in the following:
- Selection of Ab-Initio students for the integrated traffic pilot training.

- Profile records for all students based on selection results, school results, and training assessments. The profile is compared with airline requirements to find the perfect match.

- Career planning and airline interview training
FTO’s integrated training is followed by an intensive week program to prepare you for your airline job interview. This program is offered in a so-called pilot provisioning phase and comprises career planning, a competence management course, interview training and a discussion of the personal profile drawn up according to SHAPE.
