The licence

Once you pass all your exams you will be issued a "frozen" ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) . You will have the following JAA approved licenses and ratings:

  • RT (Radio Telephony License)
  • CPL (Commercial Pilot License)
  • ME (Multi Engine) class rating
  • SE-IR (Single engine Instrument Rating)
  • ME-IR (Multi engine Instrument Rating)
  • MCC (Multi Crew Coordination) certificate
All together these licenses meet the Ab-Initio hiring requirements of most airlines. These licenses also allow you to add aircraft specific Type Rating programs
