Recently Stella has been receiving more questions in relation to the career opportunities for pilots. Students are afraid that they will not be able to find a job once they have completed their training. We think that this is wrong. In recent years Stella has been helping hundreds of students in finding a job at several renowned aviation companies. Stella feels that it has an obligation to perform to the best of its ability in this respect. With the Job Guarantee Programme Stella even goes one step further: students are actually given a guarantee that they will really have a job as a pilot after they have completed their training. Stella offers the Job Guarantee Programme at a sum of € 10,000 in addition to the current training costs of € 104,500. Stella has formed a special team of specialists to mediate for the graduated students, so that they will be able to find a job as a pilot.
