Terms and Conditions of Use of Stella internet services and websites
All rights pertaining to the content of Stella internet services and websites are the (intellectual) property of Stella, to the extent that the rights in question are not owned by third parties that provide material via Stella internet services and websites. Copyright and other (intellectual) property rights, including database rights, pertaining to the internet services and websites are held and exercised by Stella.
In using Stella internet services and/or visiting Stella websites you recognise the (intellectual) property rights pertaining to the content of the Stella internet services and websites and any information based on or derived from the said content held by Stella, and any (intellectual) property rights held by its suppliers and/or other third parties.

You may only refer to and use the content of the Stella internet services and websites for your own purposes. You are not permitted to systematically publish, duplicate or sell the content of Stella internet services and websites or any information based on or derived from the said content in any manner whatsoever.

Stella and her suppliers cannot vouch for the accuracy of the information referred to and used via Stella internet services and websites and cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of the inaccuracy of information presented on and offered via Stella internet services and websites. Stella and its suppliers cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of a problem experienced by Stella internet services and websites or as a result of the fact that Stella internet services and/or websites are not accessible or not available.
You are obliged to follow any instructions issued by Stella.

You are obliged to refrain from:

using Stella internet services and websites in a way that is or could be harmful for Stella and/or its associated companies and/or its customers, and/or for third parties,

sending unsolicited messages of a commercial nature (‘spam’) to e-mail addresses obtained via Stella internet services and websites.

changing, damaging, disabling and/or overloading Stella internet services and websites, and hindering or obstructing the use of Stella internet services and websites.

spreading viruses and/or other harmful components.

The use of Stella internet services and websites is subject to Dutch law. The District Court in Apeldoorn has exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
