Once you graduated the next exiting phase starts: finding the right job for you. Stella has given you all the tools you need during training and will do their best to find a position for you but at the end of the day it comes down to one person: you!
Flying
Students who have graduated from the Stella aviation academy work for reputable airlines including Transavia.com, Lufthansa, Pegasus and Sun Express. The cooperation between the academy and a number of airlines ensures a steady source of carefully selected pilots for these airlines.
Stella has no exclusive contract with any airline but has been able to place all their students in 2008 and 2009. In 2010 most Stella graduates have either found a position themselves or through our contacts. Keep an eye on our newsletter to see where our graduates are going.
As you train you will be monitored by a mentor. The mentor can help you answer any questions you have, keeps a record of your study results and discusses these where necessary. The mentor also shows students how to present themselves to airlines and if needed helps with specific training.
In short, your mentor will ensure that you are off to a good start, ready for the real world!
